The Auscultation Assistant This link leads to a very helpful, interactive website that allows you to hear examples of all types of heart sounds – normal sounds, murmurs, gallops, and even adventitious lung sounds.

As far as more general resources go I really really love Khan Academy. It is one of the best places for learning anything that first year bio, math, chem ect. He has a small healthcare section that has useful resources for cardio. I also really love the bio section for looking at how those silly kidneys work. I also use this if I happen to maybe forget how to solve some easy algebra or chem problems. I tend to need constant reminders =). You can learn anything in 15-20 min!

I use this to help me decipher the unique robot sounds that medical type people love to use. An acronym for everything!

Telling the difference between shunt and deadspace is a little tricky for me. I really like the way this article explains it with calculations and examples.

First of all lab values are so essential! This list is the one that I have referenced in the past. Every teacher seems to have a slight variation in their calculations, which is a good thing to keep in mind.
